Staff sign-in with a password and an authenticator code. The install super admin changes that password on first sign-in. Test Unlock sends a signed, short-lived command.
Password first. The authenticator step is required before any other access.
Test Unlock publishes a signed command to doors/<doorId>/unlock. The device reports on doors/<doorId>/status.
Create installer and staff accounts. The invite link works once and expires. If email is not configured, the link is shown here once.
